Advanced Martinez Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. We offer services for various fence types including wood, vinyl, PVC, chain-link, aluminum, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final costs may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is required. We will inform you of any changes to the quoted price before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your contract or service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Scheduling and Delays

We will make every effort to complete your project on schedule. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any schedule changes and work to minimize delays whenever possible.

6. Property Access

You agree to provide clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for securing pets and removing any obstacles that may interfere with the installation. If access issues prevent us from completing work, additional charges may apply for return visits.

7. Permits and Regulations

When applicable, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. You are responsible for ensuring your fence complies with local zoning laws, HOA requirements, and property line regulations. We recommend confirming property boundaries with a survey before installation. We are not responsible for disputes related to property lines or HOA violations if accurate information was not provided.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on labor as specified in your service agreement. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme weather events, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear. Warranty terms will be detailed in your contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

Advanced Martinez Fencing is fully insured for your protection. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for underground utilities that are not properly marked, damage to landscaping beyond the immediate work area, or pre-existing property damage. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during installation.

10. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees. Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and delays.

11. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your fence after installation. This includes regular cleaning, staining or painting as needed for wood fences, and prompt repair of any damage. Failure to properly maintain your fence may void warranty coverage. You must also comply with local regulations regarding fence height, placement, and style.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any problems quickly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
